I can't believe I didn't mention the Genre Directories here - I did on every other blog and almost none of those people care! I got them published back in July or maybe sooner, though they are not in tip-top form. That may be why I haven't announced them here.
I am still working on most of them and should be able to update them soon, but they work as they are. The genres include Mystery, Horror, Sci-Fi, and Fantasy, though I may add more at a later date. The directories include Internet radio stations, TV stations, and other streaming media; print fiction, non-fiction, and literature, and general links to the topics and subjects. They are more than just lists of links, though they are essentially a list of links to other resources online.
They are also a second-tier navigational system for the features of the site. One of my long-term goals was to cross-reference the whole thing, but it's a lot easier said than done. I also want the site to be congruous, but each page is a kind of smaller website unto itself, so I'm working with those constrictions.
The Genre Directories will be maintained regularly, though probably only annually. If you have anything to offer, feel free to comment! Thanks.
