Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all!
It does not appear that I will be doing an update this quarter, though I did so many this year that it shouldn't matter. Of course, there's almost never anything going on during the last week of the year, so there's always the chance I'll get so bored that I do end up producing something. Don't count on it, though.
For the first time in years, I actually have Christmas plans on Christmas day - not early, not late - and I have some things to prepare. Then I have to remove all the decorations and so forth. Christmas really came early this year, as did Thanksgiving come to think of it. Halloween was a good stretch there and I enjoyed every moment of it even though I didn't get to watch as many horror flicks as I'd intended. But after that, we just sort of speedballed through the rest of the holidays.
Anyway, don't bother looking for updates, but please do check out the site. I've spent years working on it and even though it has its problems, I'm quite proud of it. I may spend some time tweaking it, but I have no new content planned for it this season. The next big push should be late Spring/early Summer, as usual (April/May or so), and I'll have more on that the closer it gets.
Happy holidays from The Weirding and please be safe!

Living in Portland means you’ve got tons of different ways to get outside and exercise which is part of the reason I moved here in the first place. I thought it was a lot of fun being so active and I even got into it buy buying a bike and getting a great big dog to run with me – that was the life! I guess I should have taken it slower because I ended up tearing my ACL last year and I’ve been really slow to get back on my feet ever since. I actually got direct tv portland for my house and that’s been good to keep me occupied but boy if I can’t wait to get back out there and start riding again. I think there’s something special about the air here – it makes you want to really be outside enjoying nature – and that’s what I love about this place. Oregon may have broken me physically but I can’t wait to become a bigger part of the outdoor scene here once I’m actually healed.
