Dark Conspiracy

I meant to write this earlier, but I got sidetracked doing the work:

I spent this entire weekend sleeping. No! No, I spent this entire weekend working on the Dark Conspiracy department and material. And sleeping.

It actually worked-out that I didn't post this any earlier, because (as usual) I went in with only the sparsest of plans and figured out a better approach about midway through. I think I managed to get the whole thing together, but I held-off on republishing the new pages until I had double-double-checked everything. As usual, I assume there will be a handful of errors that I've missed, and I could only get to the very core directory due to time, but that contains several of the key system pages.

I know the Metrodome section is a complete wreck as well, but will only be able to get to it as time permits.
