Working with blogs and traditional HTML to form a type of Content Management System did not work. There were just too many formatting issues and it really broke the whole feel and atmosphere of the experience; the navigation was interrupted, the theme was impossible to maintain - just a bust, all the way around.
I tried several CMS to see how they are, but the truth is that they are simply too much work. Further, The Weirding looks like absolutely no other site online - and I am damned proud of that! I designed it from the ground up and though it has its flaws, I knew what I was doing and was very successful at it. Using a CMS would make it look a lot like any number of other sites out there and that is simply unacceptable to me.
I have decided to refashion most everything I was going to make blog posts for into individual pages, in the fashion of a traditional website - however "outdated" that may seem to some designers. The Weirding is a website meant to reflect an ideology, a philosophy, and an approach to life, work, and the Web, and a traditional, no-nonsense approach to structure is congruent with the Minimalist design.
The reason I am posting this is to tell you that all of the FAQs will be located here.
